Learning and Development
At Synergy Environmental, we’re committed to developing exceptional consultants from start to finish. We invest in your professional journey from day one, supporting you as you work toward BOHS qualifications and chartered status. As an accredited provider, we deliver M501 (Measurement of Hazardous Substances and Risk Assessments) and M503 (Noise Measurements and their effects) training in‑house, giving you direct access to industry‑leading expertise.
And we don’t stop there. We fully fund further qualifications, and every colleague typically completes two additional courses each year, ensuring your skills stay sharp, your knowledge stays current, and your career keeps moving forward.
